Pontiac

Discover the Pontiac region

Situated along the Ottawa River, following the Highway 148, the Pontiac County is probably the least known tourist destination of the Outaouais. Yet, there are some awesome activities to do in this corner of the region. From ziplining over a canyon, to rafting in category 4 and 5 rapids, to tasting some delicious wines and fresh foods from farmer’s markets, to exploring amazing hiking trails, the Pontiac County is totally worth the drive up. You will be charmed by the kindness of locals, the beauty of its agricultural landscapes and by the number of hidden gems to be discovered. Many of the key destinations in the Pontiac County are only a few minutes drive from the Ontario border with the Quyon Ferry. I hope you have as much fun discovering this great place as I have throughout the years.
